  First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.   With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of unique content I've either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any ways to help protect against content from being stolen? I'd truly appreciate it.
