In the recent case No 24050/15 of the High Court of South Africa, the judgement on Copyright of "Road Construction and Maintenance and Repairs" training course was ruled in our favour against JOSHUA WEST (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED for copying and using our material unlawfully as training aids. We are very pleased to know that justice still prevails when using the correct channels in defending quality of work and ethics in the training industry.
